Unrivalled throw ranges. Outstanding foam volume capacity

In the case of the FLASH CAFS AR, the compressed air is generated via compressed air bottles, not like with other CAFS systems which use an air compressor. As a result of its simple and compact construction, the extinguishing performance can be economically and significantly increased in the firefighting vehicle. FLASH CAFS AR is ideal for retrofitting: for this purpose, only the FLASH CAFS AR central unit as well as the compressed air bottles are required.

CAFS (Compressed Air Foam System)

  • CAFS mixing chamber principle: air regulated (AR) – the compressed air is proportionally fed to pressurize the water-foam compound mixture. The adjustment of the CAFS foam quality (wet/dry foam) can be adjusted through the variable feed of compressed air to the respective operational control requirements.
