Customer Service sits at the nucleus of Rosenbauer UK’s entire strategy as the most important and essential component, to ensure emergency vehicles are kept in tact and online.
The Rosenbauer Service Team comprises of dedicated Electrical, Mechanical and Plant Fitter experience hand-picked by senior Rosenbauer Service personnel and further educated at the Rosenbauer Service Academy.
Specialist engineers in mobile workshops can be deployed immediately in reaction to emergency call outs and work seamlessly with the Services’ own workshops staff to ensure the best service possible is delivered.
The firefighting equipment service team are frequently deployed on tasks such as roll out’s of PPE, to annual servicing and can also react within a guaranteed 24 hour emergency response time if and when required.
